On October 5, 2007, the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory Guest House had its official groundbreaking. The new Guest House will provide 60 guest rooms for visiting professors, academics and scientists. The Guest House will offer accomodations and pricing that will compete on the same level as local hotels. |

years of planning and waiting culminated in the groundbreaking of Rosemary
Village. "I think that this is going to be something great for this town,"
Chapel Hill Mayor Kevin Foy said at the groundbreaking.
