Mimicking the obvious farmhouse vernacular apparent in the surrounding agricultural campus, this building uses a shingled exterior, while housing conference rooms, administrative and private offices, clerical areas and a staff kitchenette and lounge.

An area populated by many heritage trees, campus bicycle paths intersect the site on its north side and an ecological center borders the south side. A student park also neighbors the site.

The structure surrounds a central courtyard- providing an outdoor area protected on all sides in order to assure maximum user ability when considering region's climatic conditions.
