Site Plan

The buildings were designed as armatures for potential change, but the design presently accommodates graduate student housing, (with a 200 resident capacity), a student restaurant and recreation center with parking for the residents.

Designed to integrate with the adjacent buildings' context, the new complex utilized the University’s existing aesthetic-  terracotta roof tiles, plaster walls and arches- while also blending the buildings' masses into the campus' historical grid system.  The new landscaping was also derived from the existing landscape patterns.
