This contemporary home is situated on a small urban lot, 15 feet wide by 35 feet deep, in an old San Francisco neighborhood. It is surrounded by antiquated Victorians built in the 1890’s.

Here, the architect melded the aesthetic intentions of the Victorian era with a modern vocabulary through the wood construction, exterior facade, and the ornamental iron detailing.
